Kris, that's a wonderful find. As I know a few guys that like heels too I found it doubly funny.

So true! As a side note I've read that some companies have unconnected thermostats for workers to fiddle with that work almost as well, it is all in the perception of control. Hmm, there's a clothing lesson in that. Just as people tend not to abuse "casual office wear" policies there would be a lot of good will generated from a permissive dress code that let men wear skirts and probably very few would take them up on it but men would feel better knowing they had that freedom.
