Looking at the second video I can't figure out why they were making it a point of ridicule. He looked very good in his skirt, if only he wasn't so self conscious.

It shows the incapacity of the vieuwers and says nothing about the person being ridiculed.
A man is the same man in a pair of pants or a skirt. It is only the way people look at him that makes the difference.
