Hellboy II

Post by sapphire »

Went to see Hellboy II yesterday and wanted to share that the villian wore a skirted outfit. It looked like it might have been inspired by a Chinese warrior's outfit (at least as portrayed in modern films)

Edit:
Yikes! My most abject apologies to all. I posted in this thread by mistake and don't seem to be able to delete it.

This after suggesting that someone else had posted to the wrong thread. Gawd, I'm embarrassed

I wouldn't worry about it, whatever "it" is!! We're all here with a shared interest and I can''t see the problem with your post.

Diana,
I went to see the movie last night (alone -- Toni wasn't interested) and really enjoyed the costumes. Whoever designed them was very creative and the movie was worth seeing on that basis alone.

John,
I agree that the movie was visually lush and worth the price of admission for that alone. But for the most part, the plot was and the dialog pretty corny, although there was one zinger very close to the end that had me in stitched: a homage to both Ghostbustera and Young Frankenstein.

Sapphire,
After the kids get home tomorrow, and pick up the grandson,
we may be able to get to the theater Sunday or Monday.

You're On!
