New skirt...er skort actually

Post by supertaff »

Hi all, it's been a while since I was here last.

I just thought I'd pass on news of my new purchase
In Halfords the other day I bought a "Bicycle line" Cycle skort.
A pair of short padded bike shorts with a stretchy skirt built in.

The skirt is similar in look to a wrap around but it's sewn to the short all the way round.

I have sewn up the slit, as my fat arse made sure it was always at full split. This makes the skirt not only nice and tight, but also makes it look great.
The feel of it stretching as I walk is amazing.

The other great thing about it is that I can go out wearing it as the skirts will roll up beneath my T-shirt, making it look like I'm just wearing cycle shorts, something my neighbours are used to. As I get away from home, I get off the bike, roll down the skirt and ride. It's amazing.
I rode 20 miles wearing it today. 18 of those with it rolled down :)

I did get a few double takes when stopped at traffic lights in Cardiff's city centre.

You not only get the feel of tight, short(very) ladies cycle shorts, but also the feel of stretchy nylon like material thrown in too.

Pop along to Halfords and treat yourself! Be warned the LARGE size isn't as large as perhaps it could be :)

I've looked for a pic of it on the web but can't find one. Next time I wear it, I'll take a photo and post it here.

As promised.:cheer:
Go easy on me. I'm not used to posting pics of me in a skirt ;)

The last one is with the skirt rolled up to show the short.
Taken on the phone's camera. No time to get the studio out... I REALLY do have a studio :)

Hey, great skort! You know, this raises something I've noticed myself. Skirts are great for motivating you to exercise. I find the same thing wearing my kilt - boundless energy for walking and showing it off.
