Ash, I think "Henry" either is mired in gender confusion or just likes pulling people's chains, at which he is very good, sort of like our late great chain puller from IMFF Jermaine E., who (Thank God) doesn't come around anymore. 
I find IMFF goes down a lot lately. I don't know why, I've been told that this doesn't just happen to you and I, it's common across the membership. I've not gotten any reason or thoughts about this from Nigel. I'm just happy he keeps the site for us when he can.
