Skirt Cafe is an on-line community dedicated to exploring, promoting and advocating skirts and kilts as a fashion choice for men, formerly known as men in skirts. We do this in the context of men's fashion freedom --- an expansion of choices beyond those commonly available for men to include kilts, skirts and other garments. We recognize a diversity of styles our members feel comfortable wearing, and do not exclude any potential choices. Continuing dialog on gender is encouraged in the context of fashion freedom for men. See here for more details.

Impossible, just rising is a monumental task let alone even trying shine that soon after rising. If not for my morning cup of tea very very strong mind you I would not even rise. I prefer a super strong black tea, double steeped and just sugar about a spoonful. This for a 10 oz cup.

Rise and WHAT?

Me, I'm a porridge person. 1 small mug-full of porridge oats to 2 sim. mugs water. 7 mins in microwave and ladle it out of bowl into a smaller table-sized bowl. Sprinkle demerara sugar sparingly and add fresh milk. Wonderful. I cannot tolerate sugar in either tea or coffee, curiously. With coffee I'll have 2 thin slices of brown Irish soda-bread + butter. Nothing else. (Coffee beans hand picked from the middle south-facing slopes North of Manaos, Brazil, of course)
I used to drink about double the amount of coffee most Swedes drink - that is to say I'd drink coffee like a real Fin.
I got loads of leg cramps in my legs as I got older and then read somewhere that coffee is a main culprit for those, quit drinking it over night and the cramps went away within a week. That was a little over a year ago now.
So to say the least, my morning routine is still out of wack. I replaced coffee with just warm(boiled) water.

Seb,
As a lifetime competitive rower I learned early on that severe exercise tends to cause leg cramps afterwards due to a lack of magnesium in the muscles. Magnesium is readily available off the shelf at all chemists and a 500mg tablet of same will successfully ward off the dreaded painful muscle cramps.
Magnesium salts are lacking in most foods, but I believe bananas contain more than most. Easier to swallow a pill.

Interesting looking cup Fred where did you get I?
Just used this picture of a 10 oz cup, came from the interwebby. Mine is just a standard 10oz black ceramic mug nothing fancy.

Yeah, Coffee drains out (among other salts)magnesium, for me it helped to cut the coffee rather than add supplements - I also sleep better so I guess that's good too.
