Both men and women donned red dresses to celebrate the birthday celebrations of Kate Bush. Just a pity I wasn’t in Folkestone or else I would have attended as I’m a Kate Bush fan and would have loved to of donned a red dress in the celebrations.

They appear to do it every year, so you may wish to keep a watch for next year's event. I think to be fair, you could run around Brighton any day of the year in a red floaty dress. It is a very accommodating place. We had our 25th wedding holiday in Brighton in 2017 and I spent the whole week in a skirt.
