Keto diet

Post by DrFishnets »

I’ve been on a diet for the past month so I can start looking good in skirts and dresses and more importantly a kilt. Just now I have a big belly and when I dress up I look like a big guy in a skirt who is 9 months pregnant. The diet I’m on is the keto diet which reduces or cuts out all carbs and sugar. I haven’t noticed a difference yet but it takes time and looking forward to loosing the pounds in weight. Are there any other skirt wearers on this forum who are on diet plans?
My name is Arty. I’m a guy with a passion for wearing skirts, dresses and tights and a hobbiest musician and artist. 8)

I wish you the best, Dr.F with your drastic dietary plans. I suppose with an unsightly belly any measure is worth trying. Trick is not to be impatient and stick at it even when for the first few weeks nothing seems to be happening.

Me, I've been adhering strictly to the Seefood Diet for some sixty-one years now. It means that when I see food I eat it, but in truth nowadays I need to be a little careful where I look! I reached my max. avoirdupois value at age 26 (87Kg) and it's still there at age 82.
