I don't see the difference between what the writer is calling babygirlification, feminization, metrosexualization, or any of the other terms explicitly coined to make males who are brave enough to break out of the norms of society seem somewhat unnatural and othered. This is something I've dealt with for the entirety of my life, long before I decided I could wear what I wanted. I feel obliged to use a George Carlin phrase to describe my feelings on such ideas.
