Skirt Cafe is an on-line community dedicated to exploring, promoting and advocating skirts and kilts as a fashion choice for men, formerly known as men in skirts. We do this in the context of men's fashion freedom --- an expansion of choices beyond those commonly available for men to include kilts, skirts and other garments. We recognize a diversity of styles our members feel comfortable wearing, and do not exclude any potential choices. Continuing dialog on gender is encouraged in the context of fashion freedom for men. See here for more details.
My wife pointed this out this morning.
A bin collector was told he could not wear shorts due to risk of injury, so he got around York City Council's dress code by wearing a fluorescent hi-vis kilt. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/articl ... horts.html
I didn't know such garments were available

The daily mail article is also dated 2022. The internet is swine for this. Even though I sort stories so that I only see ones that are a day or week old, it still throughs in years old stuff.
I bet Google don't have this problem when they track everything...
