Yes! I have seen a 360 rainbow in a Spitfire over the Scottish Highlands near Ben Lomond. Unfortunately, cameras were not allowed as the control runs were open and directly underneath me. There is a video but it only shows my face. The bow exactly followed the curve of the wings trailing edge and the propeller was a large, shimmering disc.
