The lack of material in the rear makes it pure exhibitionism. I believe that there was a similar tongue in cheek offering of jeans either with openings where the bum cheeks are or transparent patches sewn in. I can't remember which.
I believe in offering every assistance short of actual help but then mainly just want to be left to be myself in all my difference and uniqueness.

It certainly makes underwear necessary and perhaps with aesthetic considerations. Perhaps it is really an apron rather than a skirt.
