U.A. yes I would wear it but it's cost is too much for me even if it is a bargain and coming from the USA would put it beyond me too. But a very nice skirt and I even like the length as well. I presume that there would be petticoats underneath to fill it out which would add to the cost.
I believe in offering every assistance short of actual help but then mainly just want to be left to be myself in all my difference and uniqueness.

That's cute, and I'd wear it. However, the question is, "Where?"
It's a "statement piece", and those usually don't work well for street-wear and in the workplace. So I'd feel a bit stymied.
