Skirt Cafe is an on-line community dedicated to exploring, promoting and advocating skirts and kilts as a fashion choice for men, formerly known as men in skirts. We do this in the context of men's fashion freedom --- an expansion of choices beyond those commonly available for men to include kilts, skirts and other garments. We recognize a diversity of styles our members feel comfortable wearing, and do not exclude any potential choices. Continuing dialog on gender is encouraged in the context of fashion freedom for men. See here for more details.

Tiny homes = tiny minds! I think the idea is not yet ready for the market. From what I saw it looks like it would not be a good idea I can see a lot of maintenance coming to anyone who gets one.

Actually, as routine maintenance, it would be very efficient. There is but a fraction of the roofing to maintain, and that could be then have asphalt shingles replaced with long lasting metal at an affordable cost. Painting would be cheap. Plumbing minimal. And I think there is much to be said for divesting one's self of "things" and filling one's life with "people". I would not choose it, as I am a bit of a "packrat", but having a grudging admiration for those who do. But if it had closet space for all my skirts...who knows?
