Usually no one says anything, and I like it when they do, because it gives me a chance to do a little skirt promotion. I was in a small health food market and the woman behind the counter asked, nicely, "If you don't mind my asking, what's with the skirt?" I replied "It's just super, super comfortable." She said "Maybe you're starting a trend." I mentioned that actually there IS a movement started, that is not very visible as of yet, but there is an internet forum for men who like to sear skirts, the Skirt Cafe… We chatted for a couple more minutes and she had a positive and open attitude, and I enjoyed the exchange. ------Henry
The more we wear in public and own the look the chances are we will be getting more positive comments. The chance to promote men wearing the garment they wore for centuries. We must go forth and champion the cause. If we all wear to wear our skirts every day then we will see more men in skirts as others find the comfort and joy of skirt wearing
