I read it was suicide. Don't know for sure.

The passing is sad, of course, but if it was on his terms we must respect that.

I think that their Brain Salad Surgery was one of their best albums. Sad to see another great passing away. It's a pity that he didn't have another interest apart from his gigs. 
I believe in offering every assistance short of actual help but then mainly just want to be left to be myself in all my difference and uniqueness.
