I'm, as I write, listening to our local NPR affiliate (WHQR Wilmington) playing a lot of Frey/Henley songs, including a lot of great covers. It's sad...that's all I can say. My fave is still the version of Hotel California bt the Gypsy Kings, from the soundtrack of The Big Liebowski. For you across the pond, that film is the quintessential American cult movie, with amazing performances by Jeff Bridges, Steve Buscemi, John Goodman, John Turturro, Julianne Moore, and others. RIP, Glen...you don't know what you meant to my generation.
