I guess the teen wanted a reaction, when they encounter something they don't recognise (he knows real kilts are tartan

) they respond with aggression. I have had the same response in that part of town (asked if I was a battyman ), I was wearing a denim skirt. Nothing too short, just knee length pencil with black tights. I just said "yes, I am, but you're not my type" and walked away, leaving him with a confused look on his face.
Most parts of London have seen worse, and skirts for men is slowly gaining acceptance, well at least tolerance as we now have Seann Miley Moore living across London near Hammersmith. His bright red pleather pencil skirt is more noticeable than my denim one
