same here .. links to a facebook page that just says "sorry something went wrong" so i guess i won't be hearing it either

That customer service call is so painfully stupid to listen I could not laugh. This call has to be a gag.

Kind of reminds me of the guy who wanted to drag race. So he puts the transmission of his car into D for Drag. Then he gets going and then he puts it into R for Racing. :lol:
