Well, here we have a fortnightly recycling pickup for glass, plastic bottles etc.
Supermarket bags though..

Those guys certainly know what to do with them though!
I've got them on my YouTube faves. Thanks Uncle Al.

Clever stuff, Uncle Al. The physical size of each bottle seperates the necks and makes it necessary to move a long way between notes. Panpipes are of course much closer together and probably much easier to play.

It must be great fun composing suitable music and rehearsing it.

Another use for empty bottles was arrived at by my Best Beloved, who inserted coloured wine & sherry bottles horizontally into the walls of what was later to become our Great 'Victorian' Glasshouse.
I installed lights behind each cluster and after dark they make a fine decorative addition to the driveway in front of the house

One can only speculate at the amount of booze we had to consume to liberate all those bottles for their present use. With all that liquor aboard you'd hear music whether it was being played or not!

Tom, that shot of the conservatory with backlit lower inserts is just magical! Outright amazing.

OK, so some C2H5OH got consumed to supply the building materials. Big fat hairy deal. It's the RESULTS that count!

My preferred use of empty beer bottles is to refill them ready for another day.

I have to say your use looks pretty good though.

Have fun,

Ian.
