If you're using Windows XP or 7, open your Windows Explorer.
NOT INTERNET EXPLORER
As you look on the left side of your screen you'll see the different
locations of files on your computer. Also it will show the different
"drives" your machine has. On Win-7 you will see 'my computer'
then C Drive listed beneath 'my computer'. When your phone is
plugged into your machine, your phone will show up in that list.
Click on 'phone'(or what ever name your phone uses) and you'll
find several sub-directories. One of these directories has your
pics and videos so you can 'drag-n-drop' or 'copy' them to your
"C" drive in your Documents Directory.
