Can't say I'm averse to the custom of the afternoon siesta myself. Especially in the hot humid weather we often have here in the summer.

Perhaps I should go for a brisk walk instead, but for a couple of years now I find it very refreshing to have a quick nap during lunchtime at my Practice. After it I'm again all bright-eyed & bushy-tailed to face the afternoon's cases.
