The skirtedman website
Anyone come across this website yet? It is the replacement for a previous site I have come across before ->( Libminded.co.uk.) which now directs you to this one below.
http://www.theskirtedman.eu/
Good to see that he is still around and still advocating skirts (wonder if he is on here as he says he comes from the north of England?)

Re: The skirtedman website
I am on. Just registered. Noted SkirtCafe before but assumed it was more for Kilts/Utilikilts. Not keen on either for me. My wife and friends also agree but that doesn't apply for those that do.
I promote skirts at all times. Only put trousers on these days when the occasion necessitates eg my work, certain hobbies like serious DIY, walking.
Decided to register when checking my site statistics noting 129 in May from SkirtCafe. Thought someone had put a link on to my site and found your entry.
I am in Northern England, Yorkshire Dales region in N. Yorkshire. My site has developed over the last two years to its current pitch. Changed to http://www.theskirtedman.eu/ due to my current 24/7 skirt status, home/public once our immediate locals found out May 2012 and the jungle drums informed me Oct 2012 but more specifically ready for our impending move to France. Once the immedaite locals knew I could be more public with my site. Didn't let locals know previously as it is a very tight community and my wifes work. She is now retired so it made it even more possible. With regards the locals I have not had any direct negativity but I do know some are dead set against it yet embrace women in trousers. The usual hypocracy. Those that ignore us we don't need, and are the usual intolerant troublecausers on a local politcal level who believe their views are correct and show no tolerance for others. Most of those who did know us continue as normal and I have gained a lot of positive acknowledgement from quite a few locals. My site now includes far more general photos of my life, my name, general location etc.
Choose .eu rather than .com or .co.uk due to our planned moved to live permanently in France once our house sells.
I have a general blog http://www.theskirtedman.blogspot.co.uk/ with general banter about some of the things I get up to.
Worn skirts publicly since May 2011, been to Edinburgh twice, 2011 and 2012.
Thanks for putting the link to my site, it did make me join SkirtCafe to.

Re: The skirtedman website
Hi Jeremy
Thanks for the reply and for getting you to register with the site. Perhaps some of your experiences from your own site could be reiterated here as encouraging scenarios we can all relate to.
I too have had very little negativity on my own skirt wearing with the exception of one person - MOH. She is one of those dead set against it yet wears trousers almost full time. On some occasions, she sees no reason why not to lat everyone be equal but she is terrified of me changing to become a woman, being gay, what the neighbours will say, what friends and family will say and more besides.
I was impressed with your site and decided to post the link to your site as encouragement to others. As you say, some think that a kilt is daring enough but they baulk at an actual skirt whilst others go as far as UK's. Still more have skirts of all lengths from mini to full length. However, I fell that virtually all still wish to be men and remain as men and would dearly love to be able to have the choice of a skirt occasionally or indeed, generally in everyday lives.
I'll have a look at your blogspot when I get a free moment.
Whilst I still live in Edinburgh, I (for now) work in Glasgow so if you are visiting either place, we could meet up and possibly have a few of us to have a "wee blether" as we say here. (blether = general chat)
