The link to Givenchy works but I can't see what is so interesting about the link to amachinelife.
It is just the odd clothingstore with nothing unusual in their men's department.

Am I overlooking something?

Yes, Gerd is right. My my point is that they're showing mens skirt on a "regular" mens fashion/clothing/style-blog. Oddly enough, they don't even mention the skirts in their article.

Givenchy is just the fashion house. If you want to buy their designs, you have to look for retail stores. I found this list here for the US:
