Skirting round the issues

Things seems a bit quiet in the cafe, so here's a thread that was on IMFF. It's a link to a BBC local radio site:

"What happened when the BBC's Andrew Vincent took to the Forest dressed in a black skirt and kinky stiletto boots"

http://www.bbc.co.uk/gloucestershire/co ... se#comment

Predictably, the first few comments are from the local grunts who pass the brain cell around, then the rest are positive and make good reading.

Skirts, Kilts, and High Heel Shoes

Hi, Im Jerry
I personally like to stick to kilts, skirts, and shoes made for men. I'm a 1970's guy and I have flared-legged pants I had since the 70's and early 80's. Plus "International Male has flared leather jeans that I have a pair of. Plus "caboots .com "has 70's platform heeled shoes for men. I feel very comtable in public wearing platform heels but I personally perfer not to wear stiletoes. I probably didn't spell that right. But I do wear 70's platform heels with a kilt. A spice parate shirt with the shoe-string tie neck and puffy sleeved shirt looks nice. Next time I will send a picture to let you see how it looks. But I'm open to a narrow heel shoe made for a man. I think the black leather skirt or kilt with the stiletoes look good.

This guy is expressing some of my views on the subject called fashion freedom-wear whatever you like as long you stick to being a man.High heels are not that painful as it seems,at least for me.

I would tatally wear that outfit minus the boots. I would wear boots of similar stlye, just without the heels. I would also wear boots that would show more leg than cover them. The skirt I really like.

He looks good in the photos. I hope this can catch on soon.
