Kilts with internal pockets

I've been looking for a kilt with internal pockets rather than external "bags" on utility kilts. I understand that it may be difficult with the wrap structure of a kilt. But certainly not impossible. I've searched Amazon and some other sites Google offers. But no luck. I may just be missing one on my Amazon scrolling. Is there someone here knows where I can find kilts like that.

As he said, slash pockets can be added to any kilt.
You'll need to check with your kilt maker to see what they offer.
Currently, no 'little kilt/Breacan' 'off-the-peg' is available with pockets,
unless it is one of the Utilikilt versions.
Hope this helps

There is a company called Utkilts, I believe in Seattle, that offers a 'business edition Utilikilt'. Talk to Brice and see what he can do. The common tartans are available along with various plain colour fabrics.

The Stunptown Utility kilt
https://www.stumptownkilts.com/the-standard/ has as standard a large pocket in the front apron. You can buy extra pockets to snap on to the sides, but you do not have to. The pocket in the apron is assessable from either side of the apron via slits.

I think he wants slash pockets, found on dress pants. At least that's what I interpret by his
previous description. They could be installed behind a pleat on each side of the kilt, maybe
hidden just behind the aprons(left front/right back). I hope you understand what I'm driving at
I've created
MY interpretation of, potentially, what he's looking for -

The "Hidden Pockets" are designated by the crude blue lines. I hope this helps

They definitely aren't for the purist but Sportkilt has inside pockets as an option, I have several of them. Also not sure where yer located so not sure about international thing with them. I even sent a couple of their kilts I got off Ebay back to them and they retrofit pockets for me.

Yes, I also have several SportKilt kilts with pockets. That's about all I buy any more.
I am/was a huge fan of USAKilts - but they do not offer a pockets option.

I think the damn near kilt em techlite rouge also fits the bill. It's on my wishlist so I don't have a review at hand.

I have quite a few Sport Kilts and ordered them all with the side slash pockets. They're quite invisible to a casual glance, hold a lot, and are right where I'd expect pockets to be. I've had a few women comment that they didn't know kilts could have pockets when they see me pull out a phone or keys or wallet.

Does having your phone or wallet in the pocket create a buldge in the front? A regular side pocket can actually fit an 8" tablet, at least all my old shorts and pants could fit my tablet.

I think I've found something.

They refer to them as trouser pockets.

I usually have a wallet/keys in one pocket and my phone in the other and I've never noticed it showing. Because they're so deep I feel like they get hidden under the drape of the kilt. The only time I see them is when I'm sitting in the car, there will be a bit of a lump on the side of my thigh. They're quite deep (10-11") and the pocket opening is around 5-6", so it's possible you could slide the tablet in. You can always ask SportKilt about specific measurements.
