Let me slow this down...
"My pension has gone up because women get more [then men presumably as he seems to indicate he got an increase] to compensate..... for..... inequality....?
Am I missing something here? Something isn't quite adding up.

Extreme inclusivity always leads to nonsense. Here's a great example of it. I will not even try to bother verifying whether that's true or not, I don't want to know.
