We do this in the context of men's fashion freedom --- an expansion of choices beyond those commonly available for men to include kilts, skirts and other garments. Found a Skort maker that puts Bike Pads in a Skort but they were too expensive and not available in my size so I improvised.
I wear padded bike shorts with a tennis skirt when on my Bike, no one will confuse me as a serious bike rider.
The Power Bike and local trains have become my preferred choice of transportation since I quit working back in 2020. Most trips are to meet someone or to pick up a couple of small items so no need to take the truck.
