I don't shave my legs. I wouldn't if I wore shorts so don't feel the necessity with skirts. Leg hair is fair so not very noticeable.

You're lucky, I look like Chewbacca's inbred cousin in a certain light, lol.

I shave them. Not much hair but it’s dark, on pale Scottish skin. Shaved looks a lot tidier, and feels way better.

I shave 'em as well, but that's because I can't grow a good pelt there and they look like the moths have been at me.
Incidentally, I started shaving the things well before I started wearing skirts, so there wasn't any connection. I merely hated the way they looked.

Shaved. My legs look more muscular and show more definition shaved.

I shave and epilate. This is an aesthetic thing. I wear sheer tights and they look horrible with leg hair. I also prefer the feel of smooth legs when they rub together.

Many years ago I shaved them and enjoyed the feel tremendously. However, MOH didn't and I've never shaved them again. To look smooth I wear opaque tights, which solve the aesthetic if not the feel.

Unshaved even tho I have dark hair. Don't shave when wearing shorts so no need to change the habit for skirts, even short minis.

permanently smooth for me.
used to get em waxed, then after a few years of that routine I changed to IPL/VPL treatments for a permanent removal. Took a year and half for permanent removal - was 8 treatments in the end - full leg & bikini line is always smooth now.
One of the best things I ever did because its just so much easier.

My legs have always been hairless, so I’ve never had to shave or wax or doing any other sort of stuff. For me, that’s. Certainly a good thing as I enjoy being bare legged in the spring and summer, and let me tell you, that’s a blast!

My legs are a patch work with hair and no hair, so I shave just to keep them even and clean.

I don't suppose it really matters. For me, I'm too lazy to shave my face -- bearded since I swore off the corporate world in the 70's, I'm sure as heck not going to add another unnecessary task. Like Sinned, I had hair on my legs when wearing shorts, why not with skirts -- the skirts are for comfort and social statement, not to fawn a look or for gender confusion. I'd buy Jim's answer, "as nature intended", but the ladies are pretty consistent about bending nature, shaving regardless -- conforming to...??? I suspect MIS will be forgiven the 'sin' of hairy legs long before the sin of wearing a skirt!
