I now mostly wear all womens clothes except often a male Jacket , my shoes or boots trousers /skirts and EVERYTHING else is female stuff , anyone else shifting over ?

It's hard to find womens shoes that fit so they are only about 20% of my shoes.
Mostly womens boots and a couple of pairs of shoes. Just not much demand for women's shoes is super big sizes.

What can I say? My shoe room:

I made it thru most of my working days with about 8 pair of shoes 2 black wingtips 2 brown wingtips black loafers and brown loafers and 2 pair of sneakers

in the last about 4 years I have accumulated about 80 pair of ladies shoes

and I bitched one time when over a short period my X purchased about 10 pair

Kingston, I've donated a chunk of my wardrobe that originally came from the Men's Dept. I've kept most of my shirts because the more recent ones can work with my newer suits and skirts. I've never worn "Men's" shoes with my skirts or dresses; why would I? They don't go. Name the category and I have it from the Women's Dept., usually from resale/consignment site or store, except of course my underwear and hose. Dresses are my daily go-to. And that's for work, church, shopping, grocery shopping, errands, job interviews ... everywhere, except my brother's house and working on my car and at that, my jeans are as likely to have originated in the Women's Dept. as the Men's!

I have to confess I have mountains of womens shoes. Well they're my shoes too.
I pretty much always wear heels - for almost a decade now. I have no plan to go back to flat.

I wear all womens wear - no mens garments nowadays.
I prefer the tailoring.

I would really like to wear a pair, or two, of shoes from "the other side",
but I haven't found any that will fit my "Aircraft Carrier Size" feet.
I did have 1 pair of sandles, with a 1 & 1/2 inch heel. But my own heel
overlapped the back of the shoe by 1/4 inch. They ended up in the
'Charity Bin'.

I have noticed that my current shoes are getting 'larger' because I now
have the laces pulled as tight as they can go. I guess losing 50 lbs has
shrunk my feet. My compression hose has gone from a XXL down to L.
I love my SAS shoes because, to break them in, you put them on, tie
the laces, take one step with each foot, and they're broke-in.

What I don't like about them is the price. Even at the SAS outlet in
San Antonio, they were over $100.00 a pair. In their retail shops,
the price is about $180.00+ which makes my wallet/pocket book cry
out in pain

I just think the pointed toes are so nice on all closed toe shoes.
I'm not a fan of rounded toes - although on a peep toe.sandal/mule a rounded toe is essential.

I wear ballet flats as often as I can. I also wear women's Keds.

I still wear generic sneakers when I go outdoors, but I do love ballet flats for indoors. That's about all I wear at home. There are the cheap Walmart knockoff of Isotoners (spandex uppers) for hot days, cheap Walmart leather flexible flats for slightly less warm days, DexFlex brand flexible leather flats for days when I don't mind my feet getting sweaty (much heavier construction), and more-or-less solid sided Luoka brand flats for days when I'm wearing stockings and/or need something a little sturdier around my feet.

As others have noted, finding them in Bigfoot size can be a challenge. Each of those pairs arrived too small - specifically too narrow - for my gargantuan feet. I could get them larger to fit better across the width, but then I was left with upwards of two full inches between the heel of my foot and the heel of my shoe. I felt like a toddler clumping around in Mama's grown-up shoes!

What worked for me was to stuff a tennis ball into the toes and leave it there for a week or two, occasionally pushing it down further in as the leather stretched around it. To hasten the process I sometimes also use an extremely hot hair dryer to warm up the leather while it stretches.

The resulting shoes are still a little tight, especially when I'm retaining a lot of water in my feet so they're swollen, but they're quite comfortable and don't pinch at all.
