You can compare the popularity of terms, and I've found that "man skirt" seems to be the most popular term among those one could imagine as being related. "Men in skirts" is significantly less popular now.

I take this linguistic development as another positive sign.

I am curious how Texas ranks #2 for "men in skirts".
