Excellent publicity campagne for rented bikes to be seen all over Cologne (Köln). The subject is cycling, but it's the bare knees and kilt that attract attention.
A great way to get kilts into the public eye without any reference to Scotland.

I like this a lot!

If this is shown enough times to people, they will internalise the thought that men wearing skirts is a normal thing!

It is surely a refreshing campaign by the Cologne Tourist Board.
We Dutch like Cologne very much for a day's outing. The city centre, both the shopping area and the "Altstadt", is limited to pedestrians so no bikes allowed.
Many years ago I visited this beautiful town we call Keulen several times. Skirted, of course.

Here is a link to the site. http://www.kvb-rad.de/de/koeln/

A great refreshing ad! It associates the freedom of riding a bike with the freedom of wearing a skirt, both healthy and happy activities. :)
