I wonder what prompted him to do this? Seems like an extreme action to take just because he was in a minor traffic accident. Was he cited based on just one person making the claim, did he admit to doing it, or have other witnesses?

Egads - the scoundrel right in my own backyard (well close cigar 85 miles away) !

Just what I needed an ambassador of kilted ill will !

Must have been in 'horrors' underwear otherwise would have been labeled a
"terrorist in a commando mode" !

What an idiot - his appearance before the court hope this does not lead to a blanket
decision to label all kilt wearers as sexual offenders and having to be registered as such !

If convicted needs to be sent off to the gay residency of the local prison for enlightenment.
But mostly likely this is not going to happen. A small fine and perhaps cleaning highway
trash for community service !

If he had been wearing underwear, I doubt he would have been charged with anything. Nutjobs like this give us all a bad rap. Perhaps this additional incident might give the "commandos" among us pause to consider if an innocent bystander, who probably already looks upon you as some sort of weirdo, should happen to witness an unintended exposure, would he/she believe it was, in fact, accidental? The obvious prevention is simple: underwear.

It's even more obvious than that -- Learn how to behave in public.

There is precisely no excuse for idiotic or juvenile behavior on the part of adults. That includes if one is "impaired". Jerk.

I'm guilty of this crime as well. I lifted my kilt ala Braveheart, in order to distract a game opponent and cause him to miss his shot.

That's a more valid reason than most have, so long as the opponent doesn't die of laughter.
