Here is a link to a company looking for an experianced Fashion Blogger -
http://jobs.problogger.net/view/1918

Possibly a chance for Male Skirted Blog Postings can be made here.
I do not have the perception as a writer or fashion guru but I thought if someone here does it can also mean some extra cash.

In My Opinion,

This would be great for Carl :!: He has an excellent command of the
written word. He has the 'fashion' aptitude to derscribe well co-ordinated
outfits. Also, I think he knows a bargain when he see's one and where
to find them in some of the 'out-of-the-way' places. I'm sure all of us
here would be happy to assist in 'finding bargains' for him and 'ghost
writting' for/with him

At least, this is my $.02 worth :!:

Thank you, Al, for your kind words of high praise, but I cannot fill such a position in an ongoing basis. I have too many conflicts for my time. Too, whilst I can get points across, I tend to describe what works best on me and appeals to me; I suspect I'd fail on looks that I either don't like or those that baffle me (like the recent Gaulthier exhibit).

While I believe I manage to put well-coordinated ensembles together, I do so with a basic scientific understanding of colours and how they work -- and one Hell of a lot of help from Sapphire when I'm not sure of something or I'm in outright experimentation mode. It should be noted that I've pulled some really fashion faux-pax in the past (and likely will in the future by way of experiment); one learns by doing, and it's oft been said that "experience is learnt the hard way".

As far as "bargains" go, I tend not to worry too much about things. If a garment appeals to me, I'll buy it -- at asking price -- and be done with. Now that things are loosening up at work, I'm seriously looking at some new clothes and am freeing up the budget to get them (Think Victorian-era rigs), and they'll not be cheap.
At least, this is my $.02 worth :!:
And worth every penny, sir!
