"Ah yes, the man skirt. Also known as the kilt. You may think I'm being ignorant or offensive by calling it a man skirt, but really, I love kilts. You see, I'm in love with a kilt-wearer, so I kind of feel like a cheerleader for the modern kilt movement. I mean, kilt-wearers can't really be their own cheerleaders because dear god, we don't want them jumping up and down too much..."

The blog entry has a link to a nice video of a band in kilts, and a response from CJ Jacobsen, the Marketing Geek for Utilikilts, with a nice bit on their marketing plans.

That's a cracking video clip. It's from the BBC children's magazine programme 'Blue Peter' (the ship logo is the giveaway). The presenters seem to wear kilts whenever there's the slightest reason to. Let's hope some of the target audience take kilts on board :) The band appeared to be wearing 21st Century kilts, judging from the lightning bolt kilt pin.

Thanks GS for bringing it to our attention.
