I'm 68 years old and was only once in my life "forced" to wear a neck noose..(necktie). It was for my High School Graduation picture and it was a clip on. In every subsequent request to wear one I nicely and firmly refused, including two College graduations and every job I ever had. Of course this is in the USA. The "land of the free and the home of the brave" and the largest group of human Lemmings and Penguins on the planet.
