However I have never seen an average man complain about a woman who shows plenty of BOOB CRACK when wearing a low cut blouse or dress.
You are comparing apples to oranges. Men design women clothes to show off woman's bust, including shear shirts for women to wear. These clothing designs are intentional for all practical purpose for women.
Today men doesn't care if they are being rude by showing off their butt crack. To solve that problem is simple to wear longer shirts (dress), buy waist high jeans (women's), or wear belt suspenders to keep pants on.
Yes, some men do design women's clothing but so do women. And women also do not have to wear reveling clothing unless they want to. I personally don't worry about the plumbers crack as I am not a plumber. Since I wear skirts and dresses. It does not matter to me what others wear nor what they think about what I wear. :D :!:

Eventually this might be because when you complain for that reason, you are ridiculized because it's not normal for a man to react that way and you're not a real man? Experience is speaking here ;)

This sort of resonates with why I decided to ditch the standard shirt top scrub at work and go with the dresses. I work a lot with my arms above my head(lifting the shirt), and kneeling on the floor. The shirt would go up and show my belly straight in my patients face.
Its a lot more comfortable to know everything is properly covered at all times. And the pockets after better on the dresses too. :)
