Yes, some men do design women's clothing but so do women. And women also do not have to wear reveling clothing unless they want to. I personally don't worry about the plumbers crack as I am not a plumber. Since I wear skirts and dresses. Today men doesn't care if they are being rude by showing off their butt crack. To solve that problem is simple to wear longer shirts (dress), buy waist high jeans (women's), or wear belt suspenders to keep pants on.
