The kilt market is small, and tends to be over crowded in terms of companies. A number of them seem to be disappearing. (Look at the Links section).

This over all derivative of a utility kilt...seems to be a way to expand the market for this one company, stay in business.

Yeah, I think this is a problem for a lot of the new kilt makers, the small and niche market isn't growing very fast and (mostly) they sell quality products so they need to either offer new designs or...

I am though seriously considering buying one of these and only half to support the effort of bringing dresses to men, I think it looks very useable for most of my yard work and durable enough to withstand it. Not sure what kind of import tarrifs the EU would place on it though.

If I do get one, I'll be sure to get a reenactment of their pr photo, but with a proper cleaving axe that has seen plenty of use instead of that ritual hatchet they found.
