For the record I applaud his wearing a dress - I just don't like the dress and probably wouldn't like it on a woman either.

Perhaps to him it's a drag act.
Personally, I cannot see why folks get excited over the antics of the children of celebrities. They do not live in the same world as we do, and thus behave differently -- and are allowed to because of their "status". Celebrity is overrated anyway. When the world looks up to jocks and starlets as "role models" we've got a problem.
