Never tried 'em, but they can look nice on girls with long slim legs. Not sure how a muscular pair of hairy ones would look under a skort, which presumably would be quite short.

I have one like this in black
it has an inverted pleat front and back and it looks more like baggy shorts

That's not a skort, as such, but culottes. I have a couple of pairs....as you say, short wide shorts that look like a skirt, but in fact are divided behind the pleat(s).

that is a skort the skirt part is not sewn together and underneath is a pair of shorts
