I raised my sons the same way I was raised except for a couple of things. 1. I never hit my sons, my dad was a true believer in "Spare the rod, spoil the child" and I taught them from as soon as they could digest it, that skin color meant absolutely nothing other than we were all different and blue eyes, green eyes, brown eyes were just an ancestral gift, all were far better than weak or no eyes, just like skin color was just another ancestral gift. By the time my sons were 5 they were telling everyone they met that all humankind emanated out of Africa.
I just continue to regret the day I sent them off to visit my Angela's parents in Cat Island. I didn't go because I had to stay home and work. If I had gone, you wonderful folks would never have gotten to meet me, as I'd have gone to Heaven with my family. It's just very difficult to walk away from a head on meeting in a volkswagen coupe circa 1959 with an 18 wheeler Mack Truck.
Cat Island is the 5th largest Island in the Bahamas and the highest elevation in the Bahamas. Angela's dad was the Comissioner of Cat Island. :blue:

hey prius,

you thought you were the only one wearing skirts at our age (what age are you if i may ask?). definitely not. i think much more wearers don't dare to come out. they should, if all came out on a regular basis it would be much easier for all of us.

greets,
Wichor

:welcome: from the Scottish Borders.
Congratulations on your forthcoming parenthood.
My daughter is 28 but I would love to become a new dad again.
