Summer in Dublin
Summer in Dublin
The past week here in Ireland has been a scorcher with temps in the mid-to-high twenties. It was great to see the ladies in their summer skirts. And not just the ladies. I went hiking in the Wicklow hills on one of the days in my Craghoppers skirt, meeting and greeting loads of people along the way; a really nice experience. Then a couple of days ago what did I notice but a fairly elderly man in a loose purple knee-length skirt ambling down Dublin's busiest shopping street. He looked really comfortable but unfortunately his snow-white legs did him no favours. The Goth in his long black shiny skirt was spotted again; same outfit no matter what the weather! We're back to cold wind and rain now, but here's looking forward to the next heatwave!

Oh dear, how many skirted men.
