Post by Uncle Al »

Mugman, you will appreciate this....as well as all
the patrons of the Cafe'. This a some what 'light-
hearted' albeit classical piece. Once you hear it,
you will know it. How ever, listen to the into by
the pianist - none other than Victor Borge.

Splendid, Unc Al!! I treasure the couple of occasions when I got to see Victor Borge in concert. The world lost a true entertainer and great gentleman when he passed away.

You got to *see* Victor Borge?? Sasquatch, you lucky person, you! I grew up listening to his records and seeing him on television specials... and besides being a tremendous entertainer, he was a fantastically talented pianist. I'd have loved to have seen him perform live.

Cheers,

I also was one of the fortunate few still alive that saw the master play. I saw him alive at Miami Auditorium in 1966 the year before I moved to the Keys. What an impresario that man was. And Hilarious! :alien:
