Pumps
Pumps
As a public service announcement for guys who like to wear pumps. there is a fairly new line of women's shoes called Aravon. Aravon is a brand under the New Balance line and has some of the characterisitics of trainers while still looking like dress shoes.
Some styles go up to 13 and some styles go to EE width
Their spring line debuts next month. I do no know if they ship overseas

Thanks Sapphire, they are really nice, fashionable and I think sensible ( health wise) shoes, not "heels" but elegant shoes very fitting to the more fashionable "feminine" clothing. Thus for use with women's skirts, which many men wear, instead of men's shoes. ( thinking from a man's point of vieuw reguarding men's shoes being often ungainly in respect to women's shoes.)
Only, what is the price????? We have nice shoes over here, but often they cost 100 euro's to 120 euro's which is I think a lot of money to pay, but is the "normal" price for the better quality shoe.
I think that this shoe line should be a big success.
PS men's shoes could also be made along those same lines, only with small changes where needed for the difference in men's and women's feet sizes and shapes. And thus giving men more refined footwear where that is not already in forseen. ( as not all men's shoes are large oversize working boots.)

A man is the same man in a pair of pants or a skirt. It is only the way people look at him that makes the difference.

Regarding mens and women's feet
Regarding men's and women's shoes I often see references in our postings which suggest that there may be differences of proportion as well as of size. After all, it is obvious that other aspects of men's and women's physiques are differently proportioned.
Well, I did a wee bit of internet research and I found a U.S. Army study of exactly this point. Apparently the Army was trying to decide if they needed differently proportioned shoes for men and women. The conclusion of the report was that there is no significant difference.
I thought this was interesting, but I also suggest that this has practical value here: If the shoe fits, wear it. Iwear a euro size 42 to 44 - and it makes no difference whether it is a so-called "man's" or "woman's".
Ummm, sadly the research of which I spoke, I did a couple of years ago , which means I no longer have the website with the Army report on it.
Warm Regards to All,
Chris

I don't know for sure, but am guessing that the shoes are in the neighborhood of $100 USD
They are part of New Balance althletic shoes which run $60-$120 USD pricey, but well engineered and mindful of foot health.
There's a local store that sells Aravon shoes and I'll check it out once the spring line comes in.

what might be called "sensible" try http://www.shopOPT.com
Many styles go to womens 12w. They offer a full line
of womens clothing, some skirts and dresses are
quite suitable for mens-wear, you decide.

Men's ballerinas
For the man who wants a sleek styled shoe to fit with his somewhat not so manly skirt, more refined, there is a nice "men's slipper" for sale.
Giving those who don't want to wear army boots all the time a very nice styly shoe. Only the price is way out of the league for most I presume

100 procent leather, but expensive.
An attractive ""dress"" shoe for men. Made for men, thus a men's fit, but the sleek lines of a ballerina type of shoe. AND NOT WITH HIGH HEELS for a change, them being for men. Just the thing some of us have been looking / wishing for. EXPANDING our style possibilities. Not neccessarily going all out womenly.
So who knows, there may be some movement in the fashion of men's shoes yet.
