I made an order with them about 15 days ago, but haven't gotten any shipping confirmation, nor received my order. If anyone's had any experience with this company before, did you ever get what you ordered? I don't think I've dealt with a company this slow before. But they weren't so slow in charging my credit card.

I've written them an e-mail (for the third time), and if I don't get a response soon, I'm going to call their office. Their customer service sure leaves something to be desired. :(

About a year ago I purchased a Black Watch kilt from them. It came as advertised, more or less promptly, etc. (I don't remember any details about it, and I think that means it was probably a good transaction - I'd have remembered if it had taken weeks or other problems.)

That's good to hear.

I'll wait another day or two, then call their office. I'd like to get my kilts, but if that isn't possible, I'll ask for a refund. Thanks.

Well, I called them today and left a message on their answering machine. Hopefully I'll get a response in e-mail soon.

Well, it's been over two weeks, three e-mails, and a phone call, and I still never got my kilts (or a response). Called the bank today to stop payment. I'd like to have at least given their wares a try, but I suppose that's how it goes sometimes.

Hope your refund request was processed and you got your money back!
Thump Music has been banned from ebay (feedback is just terrible).
Read my threads and others in the Bravehearts Forum :
http://www.kiltmen.com/forums/cgi-bin/kiltmen.pl
You may have to go a couple of pages deep to review it all.
These people may know their music instruments but as far as selling
kilts go "BEWARE" they are the type of people that sell pleated
blankets to the unsuspecting! If this was taking place a few centuries
ago I have them taken out and "Drawn & Quartered"!
You pay for what you get and you don't get much from these people
except a lot of run around; cheaply produced pleated horse 'Blankets'
and non-existent customer service. Oh incidently they say a size 40
(lable inside so called kilt) is actually a size 34 - you do the math and
see what kind of result you come up with either metrically or in kings
inches. It is just terrible that #$@&$#'s like this are in business!

BUY YOUR KILT(S) FROM SOMEONE WHO WILL FULLY BACK THEIR MERCHANDISE.
IT MAY COST MORE - BUT THE PEACE OF MIND IS WORTH
IT!
"YES SKIRTING MATTERS"!
"Kilt-On" -or- as the case may be "Skirt-On" !
WHY ?
Isn't wearing a kilt enough?
Well a skirt will do in a pinch!
Make mine short and don't you dare think of pinching there !
