In Seville, near the Cathedral. Guy in his 60s with his (female, in shorts) partner wearing a rarher fetching lightweight grey utility kilt. Semana Santa crowd took no notice - lots of unusually dressed pwople in the city anyway.

31st March on Union Terrace in Aberdeen city centre.
Smartly dressed man in dark skirt headed in the direction of Wolmanhill.

I spotted a guy about mid 20s wearing pleated short skirt. Unfortunately, he was wearing trousers (pants) with skirt but it was good to see another guy wearing a skirt.
