The classic bubble/puffball skirt is quite short and I was not sure I could make such a skirt work in my style, but then I found a long version.....

With the normal fears of contrasting perfect model with picture of a Mouse....

My skirt arrived from Amazon, costing me £12.99. Mrs Mouse required some bits for her cooking, so off I went to the local Tescos. The skirt has a silky lining on the inside which forms the bubble by being attached to the outside fabric at the hem. The bottom hem is elasticated, so a long step is total fine, you just feel the stretching hem on your ankles as you stride. In the picture I deliberately widened my stance to show the bubble as in normal hanging, the bubble is quite subtle. I am very happy with my bubble and the disappointed 1980s guy in me has been laid to rest.
So any other members remember Bubble/Puffball skirts. Am I crazy? Should I corral some confidence and get a short version? Am I just behind the bubble and every member already has a bubble in their wardrobe?
