Image Manipulation for Practical Joke

Does anyone have expertise at manipulating an image for a joke? My wife says I look at dogs the same way that other men look at attractive women. I am trying to change this image so that the man in it appears to be staring at a passing dog rather than an attractive woman. Any idea how to do it?



I have no clue how to use the relevant software, by the way. I was hoping an AI system could do it for me.

There are a host of image editing software available, but this is probably the simplest and quickest way to go about it, especially since this is a popular meme.
