Saw it. The guy has to have been an Olympic gymnast. Very impressive.

There's a lot of tension on the wrists, the wrist bands stop his hands and arms from becoming separated
.He wraps the bands around the bar and they also help him hold on.
I remember from my Oylmpic Days
He was really good wasn't he!
