I say it’s a fair trade - they can have our sagging pants.

Great suggestion, I agree anyone else can have them.

Meh! To each their own.
I don't want to LOOK like a woman, I just want to DRESS like a woman.

I'm thinking it's high time to abandon the now obsolete term "woman". Instead of evoking The Olden Days let's just use biology and call 'em "females". In this case, the clinical term sounds and works better.

Of course, the “anyone can wear anything” message is specifically tied to woman taking menswear. No mention of the reverse direction.

Yep. And I'm not shaming them - they can dress like this all they want, it never was my cup of tea, certainly still isn't.

I'm not going to slag off on them either, for that's what they feel the need to do. What I will do, though, is select them right out of any sort of an "interest list". Rubbish is not my style whatsoever.

Ersatz male wannabes.

Got to say Carl, no more than most of us are female wannabes.
The moral is, help yourself guys, wardrobe season is wide open and have no scruples either!
Steve.
PS, wouldn't do much for me, but there could be a waif like cuteness there too.
Just saying!

Yeah... though I hate to agree, and until there are cheap "men's skirts" in bog standard department stores, we will be seen as such even if that's not the intent.

Side note:
Late last night I had to get 3 items from Walmart. While walking out to my vehicle,
I saw a family(dad was pushing a stroller) and thought that's nice :D

UNTIL - - - -

My eye sight line moved down to what 'dad' was wearing. Jean shorts that were
"drooping" so badly, he had to keep pulling them up. Wouldn't have been to bad
if he was wearing a belt but, NOOOOO - he had to show off his RED underwear :|

In my minds 'eye' that was a sight I hadn't seen in several years, and wish I hadn't seen
it last night. Then I thought to my self, 'If I'm wearing a dress, with a Hawaiian style shirt
over the top, he can show off his undies as much as he wants'.

(Still disgusting to look at though :| )

Ha!

Man can't even have his pirate saggies without being seen as a crossdresser anymore!

What oh what pray tell is the macho man to do now???

Seems like some great circle of life stuff going on here... everything man adopts, women take it and make it their own, and the manly men have to chase another macho style... then the women take that too... and 'round and 'round we go...

All men have to do is start behaving like ladies and then females will try to emulate that too... total gotcha!

Bet they won't even see it coming!

So what pray tell is next for mr macho man? Sandpaper pants? Hair shirts (d'oh - that was done long ago)? I mean, we should try and help him out after all.

Who cares? That's not my world.

Hilariously, last night, I wandered back to my old adopted home-town and one of the local Chinese restaurants to see if the cute 61-year old I'm trying to attract was there -- and she was, and was happy to see me as she had some young macho married buck taking passes at her, and she knows I'm "safe" (i.e. I know how to behave in public). This torqued the buck off a bit who made a snide comment about my attire one his way out.

Nope; they'd be completely blindsided. That'd be a fun experiment to play! Almost delicious.
